The breakfast except for hard pancakes. Reasonably large and beautifully designed units with a pull out couch and 2 double beds, amiable employees. Really beautiful building, marvellous and beautiful location near souvenir shops and restaurants, great restaurants and the beach / shops / bars close b.

Welcoming service was provided.

The restaurant was pleasant for breakfast or lunch, we ordered distinguished dishes. We had an amazing view of the beach and a perfect bed. The marvellous and stunning location was around 4-6 minutes' walk from Collins Avenue.

Spacious rooms with good sea views.

Reconstruction work is underway, which has led to some noise obstructions in infrastructure restrictions.

The ocean view was fine, but my room felt outdated and small.

The staff is best here, the services are decent, and location is ideal very close to Lincoln mall, shops, restaurants & the beach and the beach. Its rooms are stylish with a pull out couch, a beautiful view for a wonderful stay.

Absolutely overpriced. Breakfast for two €70?!??.... :-O (2x cappuccino, 2x orange juices, 1 omelette, 1 portion of pancakes). The rendering of accounts was somewhat questionable for us. Booked 12 days. The first week was immediately charged. The second - after 7 days. Very weird, but perhaps normal for Miami.

Clean, big size hotel, the location and staff were great here.

Great location, nice hotel with direct access to the beach, walking distance to Ocean Drive, nice staff, very courteous!

During our stay there were reconstruction works in progress. Therefore, the costs were lower than usual. Nevertheless, the rooms were very comfortable, clean, large and very satisfactory in every aspect. The hotel is also absolutely worth seeing in other aspects. The common rooms as well as the spa, lobby, etc. were very nice and the outdoor area with pool and beach was fantastic. At the beach - good service with deckchairs, towels,... Drinks and umbrellas for a fee. The staff was very friendly and respectful. The best hotel on our four-week trip to the USA. Also with the car rental in the hotel everything went very well. Very recommendable - and gladly we'll be back again!

The staff, the big room, the view on the sea, the location

The rooms are unfortunately poorly soundproofed, the pool was always completely overcrowded.

The pool area provides a family-friendly atmosphere, ideal for kids, coupled with a prime location where dining and attractions are just a walk away. The food was excellent, especially the spare ribs, a highlight. The presence of odd odors in the initial room and a few service missteps diminished the experience. Additional costs for beach amenities like umbrellas felt excessive, and missing out on paddleboarding due to mismanagement left a bit of disappointment.

Rooms are very nice, beds very comfortable. Spacious, many cupboards and chests of drawers. Bath is very nice. Super cleaning, very nice staff. Pool area very nice, beach also very well maintained (sunbeds are free incl. Booked.net etc...).

Walls and doors not soundproof. You can hear everything.
